Ted M. Rosenberg, Partner

Ted M. Rosenberg is a Suffolk County native. He graduated from Boston University with honors, and then received his Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law in 1982.  Mr. Rosenberg worked as an associate at a law firm until he formed his own firm in 1984. In 1996, he joined forces with Michael Gluck to establish the firm of Rosenberg & Gluck, L.L.P. Ted is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, a Director of the Suffolk County Bar Association, as well as a graduate of the Advanced Trial Program of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. Ted is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an honor available only to attorneys who have recovered million dollar awards for their clients. He is a regular lecturer to groups such as the Suffolk County Bar and Judiciary, and the New York State Trial Lawyer’s Assn.  Ted is the past Chair of the Suffolk County Bar's “Plaintiff’s Insurance Negligence and Compensation Committee” and the recipient of the New York State Bar Association's Certificate of Honor.

Michael B. Gluck, Partner

Michael B. Gluck was an Internal Revenue Agent with the United States Treasury Department from 1974 to 1982. While with the IRS, he attended St. John's University School of Law where he was a member of the Law Review and graduated at the top of his class. In his last year at St. John's, Mr. Gluck left the IRS to accept an associate position with a Wall Street law firm. While there, he received his Juris Doctor and was admitted to the Bar of the State of New York in 1983. He was also admitted to practice in the Federal Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Shortly after admission to the Bar, Michael developed an interest in personal injury law and left his associate position to begin representing the injured. He practiced personal injury law in New York City from 1983 until 1996 when he formed the partnership of Rosenberg & Gluck, L.L.P., with his good friend, Ted Rosenberg. Michael is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the New York State Bar Association, and the Suffolk County Bar Association.

Michael V. Buffa, Partner

Michael V. Buffa received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Touro Law Center in 1995. He was admitted to practice law in the state of New Jersey in 1995 and the state of New York in 1996. He is also admitted to practice in the Federal Court of the Southern District of New York. Mr. Buffa is a member of the New York Trial Lawyers Association, the Suffolk County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. Mike joined Rosenberg & Gluck in 1996 as an associate attorney and has successfully handled hundreds of complex personal injury actions in the areas of automobile accidents, premises accidents, labor law violations and products liability. He is also an accomplished appellate attorney who has successfully argued an impressive number of cases before the Appellate Division. After demonstrating superb talent as a personal injury litigator, Mike was made a partner of the firm in 2003.

Andrew Bokar, Associate

Mr. Bokar began his legal career doing administrative work with the New Jersey Division of Motor Vehicles, Department of Law and Public Safety and the New Jersey State Police Headquarters from 1987 to 1988. He then pursued pre-law studies at the American University in Washington, D.C. where he graduated with honors in 1992. While in Washington, D.C., Andrew obtained security clearance to perform legal research and litigation support for the United States Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation and the United States Attorney's Office. Andrew's background in personal injury litigation began in 1992 when he worked as a legal assistant at a personal injury law firm in Maryland. Andrew received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan in 1996. Since 1996, Andrew has become an accomplished personal injury litigator who has successfully handled hundreds of personal injury cases in New York and has represented accident victims at trial throughout Long Island and New York City. Andrew joined Rosenberg & Gluck in 2005 as an associate attorney. He was admitted to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey in 1997. He is also admitted to practice in the Federal Court of the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the Federal Court of the District of New Jersey. Mr. Bokar is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the New York State Bar Association.

Diane Spinner, Of Counsel Attorney

In 1994, while in law school, Diane Spinner began working as a law clerk with a personal injury law firm. She received her J.D. from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Touro Law Center in 1995 and became an associate at that firm. Ms. Spinner was admitted to practice in the state of New York in 1996 and in 1997 she was admitted to practice in the Eastern and Southern Federal District Courts. In 1998, Diane joined Rosenberg & Gluck, L.L.P. as an associate. In order to address the needs of her growing family, Diane became "of counsel" to the firm in 2000. She is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association, the Suffolk County Women's Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
