There are many firms that are not willing to go to trial, they are willing to negotiate. And then ultimately, when the insurance company says that’s all we’re giving, they’ll fold and take it. The insurance companies and defense lawyers know who those attorneys are, so they know that they don’t have to pay full value on a case. At Rosenberg and Gluck, that’s not our reputation. Our reputation is that we will go to trial and we will do a really good job at trial. We’ve gotten some incredible results. Our job is to hold their feet to the fire and make them do the right thing, get the best results for our clients.
