Our philosophy at Rosenberg and Gluck is it we want to be the best of what we do. Our practice is limited to personal injury and malpractice. All we do is personal injury, essentially. There is no greater compliment that we have received than being asked by judges to represent their family members. Why an insurance company like Justice to represent them and their family members, that speaks volumes about our reputation. Who your lawyer is and what law firm represents you really makes a big, big difference. You should look for a law firm that has experience with the type of case you have in the courthouse, where your case will be decided in. And you should look for a law firm that has a long track record of success, and you need a law firm that has the resources to take on the insurance companies. You also want to hire a firm that will go to trial. A firm that will not back down and just take what the insurance company offers. We have seven lawyers here at Rosenberg and Gluck and we think that’s about the ideal number. If you have fewer lawyers than that you don’t really have the resources time-wise or manpower wise to really put everything into a trial. We’re small enough so that we can give personal attention to all of our clients. We have multiple staff members and attorneys working on every case we file. So when somebody wants to speak with someone in the firm or when a client needs to communicate with us, there are any number of people they can speak with. Everybody wants to help, and nobody likes the bullies. Well, I get to do something about it. That’s one of the great things about being a lawyer. Is that we can stand up for the little guy. Go to war with a big bad insurance company if necessary and really represent our clients. The people who practice here love doing what they do, and you can’t be really good at something unless you love doing what you are doing.
