[Music] when people are an accident the insurance company for the vehicle who's at fault will contact that person and say oh don't talk to my lawyer just tell us everything about it and we'll take good care of you that's never a good idea insurance companies are in business to make money and the way they make money is by collecting premiums and then holding on to that money not by being generous and paying out lots of money in claims so when an insurance company representative contacts you their mission is really to get information from you that will help them defend their claim they're very skilled at it it's what they do all day long I strongly advise people you're in an accident get an attorney to represent you do not speak to the other side you're under no obligation to do so [Music]
