Safe Driving Practices For The Next Generation Scholarship Terms & Conditions
When applying for the $2,500 Safe Driving Practices for the Next Generation Scholarship, applicants must meet the qualifying criteria as described on the scholarship page. In addition, they must agree to the following terms and conditions.
Winner Will Be Chosen by a Scholarship Committee
Rosenberg & Gluck, L.L.P. will appoint a scholarship committee that will review all applications submitted by the December 15, 2020 deadline.
The committee will select a winner based on the criteria outlined on the scholarship page, which includes the quality of the essay submitted on the topic of safe driving practices, as described on the scholarship page. The committee is permitted to contact the applicant to request additional information so they can fully consider their applications.
The committee’s decision is final and is not subject to negotiation or debate.
Application Details Will Be Kept Private
Rosenberg & Gluck, L.L.P. will not use any information submitted in the application process for any purpose other than for the evaluation of applicants’ scholarship qualifications. The law firm will not share, sell, or distribute contact information, personal details, or any other data that applicants give through their application.

Announcing the Scholarship Winner
The winner of the Safe Driving Practices for the Next Generation Scholarship will be announced on January 2021. Rosenberg & Gluck, L.L.P. reserves the right to post the name of the winner, along with their winning essay, on the firm’s website or social media, and/or in a press release.
