Lindsay Marion Langella received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and Law and a double minor in Business Administration and Communications from Bryant University in 2014. She received her Juris Doctor from Roger Williams School of Law in 2017. While attending Roger Williams Law School, she served as the Moot Court President, and trial team member.
Ms. Langella started her legal career in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney representing the people of Suffolk County. As an Assistant District Attorney, Ms. Langella prosecuted cases including sex abuse, domestic violence, driving while intoxicated, assaults, and other offenses. Ms. Langella was responsible for all aspects of these criminal cases include investigations, motion practice, hearings, plea negotiations, grand jury presentations, and trials. After her time in the District Attorney’s Office, Ms. Langella joined an insurance defense firm where she handled civil litigation cases in the areas of professional and general liability.
Ms. Langella joined Rosenberg & Gluck in November 2020 where she uses her experience representing victims of negligence. Lindsay is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York.
